Chef Giulio Bellano, originally from Zeri (Lunigiana), has honed his culinary craft in some of Italy and the world's most prestigious restaurants and hotels.
After completing his studies at the "G. Minuto" hotel school in Massa, Giulio had the opportunity to work in renowned establishments such as Iseo in Portovenere and Lo Splendido in Portofino. His career led him to spend 11 seasons at the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, with international experiences, including five years dedicated to Oscar banquets in Los Angeles.
In 2011, having reached the pinnacle of his culinary career, Giulio, who has always had a deep passion for agriculture and nature, decided to pursue his dream and opened a farm in Borghetto di Vara, which he managed with his brother until 2020.
Since 2021, Giulio has been the agri-chef at Podere Conti, where he combines his culinary and agricultural skills to offer a cuisine that blends tradition with innovation.
Giulio’s cuisine is the perfect synthesis of the authentic flavors of Lunigiana and international influences, creating a unique and refined gastronomic experience.
